NAIC Legal Shield Protections are provided by the Native American Indigenous Church (N.A.I.C.). CLICK HERE to learn more about the NAIC Tribal Organization.
• Do I have to be a Physician to qualify for the NAIC Legal Shield- L.C.H.T.?
No! There are requirements, and the L.C.H.T. is conditional on meeting the highest standards. You do have to be qualified to practice or offer holistic services safely and competently. NAIC offers training and education to support awards on Licentiate-License to practice holistic services as a provider.
• Are my Licentiate Fees Tax Deductible?
Yes, NAIC is a 508(c)1a Church/FBO (Faith Based organization. Donations to churches are tax deductible under IRS rules. See your tax accountant for specific details.
